Detailed working drawings, sections and details are provided to our clients and where required on site consultation or project management to bring together a completed project on time and to budget.

Projects have included schemes in the prestigious Royal Arsenal Development comprising a refurbishment and development of an office building that reinstated much of the original features of the Listed Building and restored the property to its original glory.  Verbruggens House is now the home of a local firm of solicitors.

Other complex and bespoke conversions to listed buidings include our work to Commonwealth Buildings in Charlton comprising the formation of new mezzanine floors, architectural windows, separation preserving the original structures and Victorian features.  Langleys provided all details, structural calculations and supervised the entire development to final completion and financial costing to deadlines and budgets.
